By accessing or using TenantVibe.AI ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

TenantVibe provides AI-powered tools for multifamily property management, including voice, chat, SMS, and WhatsApp communication, lead CRM, marketing and listing support, and operational assistance. Features and availability may vary by plan.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information, and promptly update it if it changes.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your account. Billing cycles renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, schedule appointments, summarize conversations, and assist with operations. AI outputs may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, especially for lease terms, pricing, or legal matters.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit any data you provide, including resident or prospect information, and will comply with applicable data protection laws.

You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Platform, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

TenantVibe and its licensors own all rights to the Platform, software, designs, and branding. You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform during your subscription.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for every situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenantVibe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TenantVibe and its team from claims arising from your use of the Platform, your data, or your violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and data may be deleted according to our retention practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
